Sharon Spivack is an educational consultant, special education leader, university lecturer, learning specialist, and academic coach with 30 years of experience supporting students, families, educators, and school systems.

Her professional background includes service as a Special Education Teacher, Learning Specialist, Principal, Program Manager, Director of Special Education, Senior Director of Special Education, and Lecturer in Special Education at San Jose State University. Across these roles, she has supported students with disabilities and students without identified disabilities, partnered with families, coached educators, led special education programs, and helped school teams strengthen services and supports.
